CRENDENZA+ (firewood)

Where to store the firewood? This is a recurring question that had no good answers - a basket is really too small and there are only a few that contribute much to the room. You need at least 1/2 a cord and someplace to keep kindling, matches, paper and all the parafenalia that go with tending a fire.
This was the empirical problem that lead us to embrace the texture and patterns of firewood - to find a frame for this constantly changing tapestry of color and surface and to exhibit it in a way that addresses its necessity and utility.
The 'firewood credenza ' is made from waxed cold rolled steel and because it is made to order can take on almost any proportion. It satisfies the requirement of having a copious amount of wood while presenting a constantly changing textural narrative of the season. It can also hold its own in a room of almost any style and with any furniture.
